What is it for?

Contractors usually juggle spreadsheets, text messages and paper contracts. This system replaces them: a website form creates a lead in the CRM inbox, the office sends an estimate, the client picks upgrades and signs online, and the project moves through tasks, inspections, change orders and invoices.

Clients follow progress from their portal (photos, files, chat and walkthrough sign-off) and crews update their assigned tasks from the field on their phone. Company name, logo and colors come from the CRM settings, so the same platform can be rebranded for any builder.
